Therapy Dog program
We love dogs. And we especially love how dogs love us back! Our Therapy dog program is one that brings joy and love to those around us. It's been scientifically proven dogs are able to reduce stress and make people smile.
We take trained and certified therapy dogs into schools, hospitals, nursing home, Childrens homes, military bases, detention centers, and more, just to help make someone's day better!
Therapy dogs are different from medical alert service dogs. Unlike service dogs, which are protected under Federal Law, Therapy dogs have to be invited in. And a Therapy dog's job is to greet people gently and give them all the love they can muster, thereby reducing stress, and getting those feel-good vibes flowing!
WHO WE SERVE
We serve all of Curry and Roosevelt Counties (New Mexico) in and around the Clovis/Portales area as requested by different organizations. We've even gone across the border into Texas and made someone's day! Our dogs are highly trained and always ready to go out and meet -n- greet people.
