Individual training is by appointment only and you must submit a registration with complete up-to-date vaccinations before arrival to the facility for training.

Office Hours by Phone
Our phone will be answered live by one of our in-house staff members 7:45 am to 9:30 am and 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm daily Monday - Friday. All other calls will be answered by live operators (answering service) who can assist you in getting your dog registered, making appointments, etc.

SELF DROP-OFF AND
SELF PICK-UP HOURS
Our brand new self drop-off and self pick-up service is fully functional! We're so excited to be able to provide this much needed service to support our friends of CAFB and the surrounding community. We know schedules (especially military) can get a bit crazy and when you need us immediately, we'll be available through our after hours self drop-off and pick-up system. Please contact our front desk to schedule your one-time self-drop/pickup intro session.

Dogs must be dropped off and picked up within the drop off and pick up window times listed above (no exceptions unless you are established as a self drop off or self pick up client).
Weekends are case by case and by special appointment time only, and must be established as a self drop off or self pickup client.
We ask that you strictly adhere to the appointment time given on your email confirmation for dropping off and picking up. We have a lot of dogs coming and going throughout the morning and afternoon. If you show up before or after your appointed time, it creates a bottle neck of dogs trying to get checked in or out.
We can be flexible to a point when travel plans change, but our staff is extremely busy taking care of training, bathing dogs, deep cleaning and making therapy dog visits outside of the drop-off and pick-up hours listed above, and may not always be immediately available to receive a dog. Please ask to use our self drop-off and pick-up hours for any drop-offs or pick-ups outside of the listed business hours. Please call our office ahead of time to be set up for self pick-up and drop-off because there is a special agreement to be signed and you'll receive a code with instructions on how to enter the building.
Our doggy hotel works just like a hotel for people -
Check-in is after 3 pm and Check-out is by 10 am the next day. We gladly allow for early check-in and late-check out for an additional fee of $10 each per dog, because your dog(s) will participate in doggy daycare if checked in early or checked out late.
Early check-in and late check-out must be scheduled within the drop-off and pick-up times listed above.
A SURCHARGE of $25 will apply if you insist on picking up or dropping off your dog outside of the times listed above and you are not signed up as a self-drop off or self-pickup client.
